What are your office hours?

Our Plano office is open to serve you Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer Saturday appointments from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM for your convenience. We are closed on Sundays.

Do you accept my insurance?

Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna, and Optum. We also work with many Evernorth and Magellan Healthcare plans. For specific coverage details, please call us at (469) 564-4211.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

To ensure we provide every patient with the dedicated time and attention they deserve, we see clients by appointment only. This allows us to schedule thorough, unrushed sessions. We offer same-day and next-day appointments when available.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time to another patient in need. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Our clinic is conveniently located at 700 E Park Blvd, Suite 206, Plano, TX 75074. We are easily accessible with ample parking available for our patients.

Do you offer virtual telehealth appointments?

Yes, we offer secure telehealth (online video) appointments for your comfort and convenience. This allows you to have your session from the privacy of your own home. You can choose between in-person or virtual visits when you book.
